Mohawk Discrimination Against 5-Year Old

5-year old Ethan Clos was suspended for sporting a hair-do that administrators deemed "disruptive" and against the school's policy.

Last year one of the district's football coaches also wore a mohawk haircut and had his dyed in a frost style, but that was a totally different situation according to district superintendant Gregg Morris.

While the superintendent may see football sportsmanship as different than what is "proper" for a young student, also consider the 8-year old sportsman Steven Poulin featured in the following video:

Man Charged After Shooting Backyard Bear

Richard Ahlstrand says he was filling a bird feeder in his back yard when he was rushed by a 7-foot tall, 400-pound bear. The 76-year old managed to squeeze off a quick blast from a shotgun, and the bear dropped dead. He says he was carrying the gun after he thought he saw a bear in his yard the day before.

Ahlstrand is now charged with illegally killing a bear, illegally baiting a bear, illegal possession of a firearm and failing to secure a weapon.

It is frightening notions like this which lead to all sorts of abuses by government, particularly in family courts and through child-protective services. In the long-run too, it leads to a complete denial of personal liberty, and rather places the individual as having little more value than a drone. A page right out of the Communist manifesto. -JMV

Cop Made Chief After Negligent Homicide Conviction

This sorry excuse for a police officer was convicted of negligent homicide after shooting a motorist to death. He was fired from his job, but later had his conviction expunged and has now been hired in another town as the department's chief.

“You put the uniform back on and you look at yourself in the mirror, and you think, I’m back,” he said. “It’s a good feeling.”

Just goes to show, yet again, that police can literally get away with murder, and whatever the hell else they feel like pulling.

Collateral Murder: A Wikileaks Video of an Iraq War Atrocity

On the tenth anniversary of the United States invasion of Iraq, we have decided to share this one video as an example, and a reminder, of just how terrible war really is. The mission, muddled, the enemy, undefined, the effort, a waste of time. This video of one single incident can almost summarize the entire misguided American adventure there.

For an overview on some of our coverage related to the so-called War on Terror, a few highlights were posted on our FACEBOOK page. You might also review labels such as 9/11, war on terror, etc., in the sidebar at right.

You Ate Beaver Ass Juice

Ever eat anything that tasted like vanilla, strawberry or raspberry? Chances are you have eaten the juice secreted from the anal gland of a beaver. It is commonly used as a flavoring additive in foods like ice cream, soda, and chewing gum, and labeled as "natural flavoring."

Castoreum (pronunciation: /kæsˈtɔriəm/) is the exudate from the castor sacs of the mature North American Beaver (Castor canadensis) and the European Beaver (Castor fiber). Within the zoological realm, castoreum is the yellowish secretion of the castor sac in combination with the beaver's urine, used during scent marking of territory.[1][2] Both male and female beavers possess a pair of castor sacs and a pair of anal glands located in two cavities under the skin between the pelvis and the base of the tail.[3] The castor sacs are not true glands (endocrine or exocrine) on a cellular level, hence references to these structures as preputial glands or castor glands are misnomers.[4]

"I Can Write You a S#itload of Tickets"

This may seem like a relatively minor incident overall, but it is downright frightening when you consider the true gravity of the situation. This isn't about just another "bad apple" but rather symptomatic of the regular oppression the civilian population faces in this nation on a daily basis. This is a nation where our so-called protectors can hit someone with a car, and then blame the victim for it. Where a cop can commit a crime, and then prosecute the innocent for it.

It is all the more frightening when you realize that a simple traffic incident can spiral out of control so badly, that a person could wind up being thrown into solitary confinement and tortured for two years without ever going before a judge, simply on the word of one cop.

Cop Fires Gun In NY High School Hallway by Accident

In the wake of the Sandy Hook tragedy there has been a big push to put armed guards, police, even troops in our schools. Personally, I don't believe that militarizing our school and turning them into prison camps any more than they are now is really the answer. Making a uniformed target for someone looking to shoot up a school is not exactly a well thought out tactic either.

But I am no anti-gunner. I believe the solution is simple. Lift the ban on school employees from exercising their 2nd Amendment rights. There is no need to hire additional resources or enact new laws, when the 2nd Amendment has been there for us since the nation was founded. There is no reason why a person who is legally permitted to own and carry a gun should not be allowed to carry it with them to work. Teachers and staff at schools should not be barred from exercising their rights, but rather encouraged.

Now, when we see indicents like this, there is no reason whatsoever to believe that police are some sort of special superhumans that make them any more qualified than the rest of us to carry a firearm.

In this particular incident, a part-time Town of Lloyd police officer and School Resource Officer for Highland High School accidentally discharged his service weapon in a school hallway.

Print stories are viewable here and here.

Here is another example of how police are not perfect:

Secrets and Mysteries of An Underground World

It's no secret that underground places have long offered a refuge for mankind, particularly in times of trouble. The ancient underground cities of Cappadocia are a wonderful example of the lengths man will go to in order to use the Earth for protection against danger.

Derinkuyu, Underground city, Ancient Village or Ancient refugee settlement?(VIDEO)

But today we don't really think of underground cities as being part of our modern reality. Our houses have basements where we might hole up in case of a bad storm, maybe a tornado shelter out in the yard. Many of our cities do extend underground with utility tunnels and subway tunnels, but we don't really think of those places as underground cities. In places like London the stark utility corridors beneath the city did serve as a place of refuge from the bombs of enemies, but areas like that beneath our cities are not designed for permanent nor comfortable living.

During the Cold War some folks took to building actual bomb shelters in their basements and back yards. Larger buildings like schools and office buildings stocked more elaborate fallout shelters in their basements. Of course, the government had the most elaborate facilities dug below ground and under mountains. Thousands of subterranean nuclear missile silos were all answerable to what may be the world's most famous underground bunker.

Cheyenne Mountain Complex (VIDEO)

The Cold War is over now though. The mission of NORAD still exists, but has taken on a largely different more diversified role than the bunker was originally purposed for. Nuclear missile silos have been abandoned or sold off as unique real-estate opportunities. Fallout shelters have become the relics of a bygone era, sometimes tourist attractions, but mostly used to store old furniture.

Abandoned Missile Silo (VIDEO)

The threat of a nuclear holocaust being rained down on us from the skies above is over. The need for these underground secret and secure places appears to have passed. Or has it really?

Conspiracy theories abound of secret underground places of all sorts. Everything from new and ongoing construction, to secret bases infested with aliens, even to a theory that the Earth itself is actually hollow and an populated by a hidden civilization.

Mysterious Denver Airport (VIDEO)

Hidden Alien Base, Dulce NM (VIDEO)

Hollow Earth (VIDEO)

Hollow Earth, aliens? Well, maybe maybe not. That's a big leap, but we need less faith for other theories, especially when seeing is believing. There are rumors of a vast underground network of cities, massive storage facilities, roadways, and maybe even a supersonic underground railroad. The network is believed to span the entire continent with hubs in many major cities.

I personally have spoken with a truck driver who made numerous deliveries to a massive underground facility just outside of Albany, the state capitol of NY, which he described as being much like what we are about to see here in these videos. This was about two years ago now, and he said the facility appeared to still be under construction. He is not really the conspiracy theory sort at all, an old school hard working, simple sort of man, so I didn't really have any reason to doubt him. But of course, you can't believe everything you read on the internet, and my acquaintance did not provide me with any pictures that I could share with you. Fortunately, other truck drivers have captured glimpses of facilities like this all over the country.

This particular branch of the conspiracy theory realm is often termed "D.U.M.B.S." or Deep Underground Military Bunkers. I believe this is a bit of misnomer though. From what we see there in those very real bits of footage it there is nothing specifically military, but rather they appear to be corporate controlled facilities. That is not to say that the military is not involved at all of course, or ultimately in charge even, but the corporate influence cannot be ignored.

The Iron Mountain company is a leading example of a relationship between government and the corporate world when it comes to underground secrets. Established on the banks of the Hudson River in 1951, the company was reformed in the 1970's and now it's most famous facility the one featured in this news report.

One curious point I note though, is the difference between what we see there in the Iron Mountain video, and what we saw in the other videos. The sheer difference in size, when it comes to the dimensions of the tunnels and passageways is curious indeed. Then of course, we also have to ask why companies and/or the government are going to such expense, a hidden expense at that, for such a vast underground network. Surely all of these facilities can't be there simply to store business documents and historical artifacts.

And again, we have to consider that these facilities may be interconnected, all or most of them anyway. Numerous truck drivers have reported driving from one region of the country to another, completely underground. Frankly, I believe that much. The way they talk about it, certain details, just strikes me as credible testimony. The technological feat is impressive, but not impossible. The only reason I would really have to doubt it, is that there is no clear or obvious motivation for the power that be to go to all that trouble, unless of course they know something they aren't telling us. (Or, maybe this is just the way the uber-wealthy piss away their fortunes while the working stiff hovers on the edge of starvation in order to feed their corporate mechanisms.)

If we accept that this underground network of cities, facilities and roadways does indeed exist, then it is no stretch to accept the evidence of a massive facility under the Denver airport. The evidence of that is already strong anyway. But an airport right smack dab in the middle of the country would be ideal as a central transportation and distribution hub for goods to be transported by air, on land, and below it. Not to mention the fact too that the Denver airport is not very far from the Cheyenne Mountain facility in Colorado Springs, the central hub of U.S. military power outside of the Pentagon, and the one most likely to have command of U.S. forces after some cataclysmic event like nuclear war or perhaps an asteroid impact.

So all in all, it looks like some of the stuff that conspiracy theorists are admonished for, and called crackpots or lunatics, actually has some pretty common sense conclusions. Maybe we don't know exactly why they are doing this, but at the same time, it really doesn't seem any more far-fetched than a secret underground bunker for Congress under a famous resort.

Well, that's about it for now. Hope you enjoy the material. This is Captain Six reporting for the Underground, from the Underground, on the underground.

BREAKING: Americans Now Fighting Alongside Rebels in Syria (VIDEO)

Beginning at about 20 seconds of this video, you will see an American rejoicing with rebels after a Syrian military helicopter was shot down. According to the American, they have just "smoked... about ten, twenty" Syrian soldiers.

Let's not forget, that the Syrian rebels are al-Qaeda, the same people who toppled Quadaffy in Libya at the same time we whine about al-Qaeda attacking our own consulate in Benghazi.

Domestic Violence, Feminism, and Setting the Record Straight

FACT: Women are as violent, or more violent than men in domestic relationships.

With the disastrous and completely misguided bill known as the Violence Against Woman Act about to go before Congress for renewal/re-introduction, we felt it appropriate to point out some conveniently overlooked and politically incorrect facts about domestic violence.

In a quick Google search of why VAWA is bad, this brief popped up:

These are the 5 reasons why VAWA is profoundly flawed:

1. VAWA does not recognize the fact that men are as likely to victimized by domestic violence as women.

2. Because VAWA regulations specifically prohibit the provision of services to battered men, VAWA violates the equal protection clause of the Constitution.

3. VAWA gives rise to false allegations. Some attorneys now recommend that women seeking child custody file a domestic violence complaint, even if it has no basis in fact.

4. VAWA makes it harder for fathers to get joint custody. Once a charge of domestic violence is on the books, the legal system views the father as a menace to his children. And some versions of VAWA have proposed that child custody be awarded to the "primary caretaker," a code word for "mother."

5. VAWA promotes the radical Marxist-feminist belief that men as a class use violence as a tool to dominate and oppress women. This simplistic analysis does a profound disservice to male-female relationships. As a result, VAWA ends up pitting men against women.

VAWA relentlessly scapegoats men as abusers and batterers. VAWA teaches women to play the victim. And VAWA is responsible for the removal of children from their loving father. VAWA is bad for fathers, women, and children. (And families as a whole.) We don't need a gender war in this country. Oppose VAWA.

Source: Shattered Men

But no matter what men have to say, no matter how pertinent it may be, political-feminists don't care to hear about it and will even violently oppose the resistance to their agenda.

Nevermind that a number of women's groups and female individuals themselves actually oppose VAWA as well.

Wow, that an awesome chick. (Pretty darn cute too.)

But let's go back now to what we said at the top of the page. That women are as likely, if not more likely to be violent in a domestic relationship. Keep in mind that this does not include the disproportionate rate of women who hire/manipulate other males to harm/kill their boyfriend/husband. These studies show that directly, woman are at least, if not more violent than men in domestic relationships.

Women more likely to be perpetrators of abuse as well as victims

“We’re seeing women in relationships acting differently nowadays than we have in the past,” said Angela Gover, a UF criminologist who led the research. “The nature of criminality has been changing for females, and this change is reflected in intimate relationships as well.”

In a survey of 2,500 students at UF and the University of South Carolina between August and December 2005, more than a quarter (29 percent) reported physically assaulting their dates and 22 percent reported being the victims of attacks during the past year. Thirty-two percent of women reported being the perpetrators of this violence, compared with 24 percent of men. The students took selected liberal arts and sciences courses. Forty percent were men and 60 percent were women, reflecting the gender composition of these classes.

The single largest and most comprehensive study on the subject, compiled over the course of many years through the exhaustive efforts of the contributors,  confirms this. Here is a brief:

REFERENCES EXAMINING ASSAULTS BY WOMEN ON THEIR SPOUSES OR MALE PARTNERS: AN ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY

Department of Psychology

Last updated: May 2011

SUMMARY: This bibliography examines 282 scholarly investigations: 218 empirical studies and 64 reviews and/or analyses, which demonstrate that women are as physically aggressive, or more aggressive, than men in their relationships with their spouses or male partners. The aggregate sample size in the reviewed studies exceeds 369,800.

Despite the facts displayed there, we still have this notion in society that men are more violent than women, and even that a woman's violence should be excused while male violence should be regarded as loathsome.

Perhaps it is hard-wired into us to think that way. After all, for tens of thousands of years males have been called upon to perform the violent tasks and heaviest physical labors, required of both their family and society as a whole. In the meantime, women cultivated a more psychological, coercive lifestyle in order to achieve goals and to protect their young. Brute force is certainly not always the defining factor of victory, and nature seems to have seen fit to diversify the strengths of the family unit in order to strengthen our species survival as a whole. This certainly doesn't mean that women are smarter or men more violent, it only goes to show how we may be smart, and violent, in different ways.

But how does this all play out in modern society? Particularly in the last century or so, where tens of thousands of years of hereditary natural selection mechanisms have been overturned by industry, politics, and so forth?

This woman makes some very profound observations on the subject, which she has shared with the public on YouTube with the piece "Feminism and the Disposable Male."

Wow, it still impresses me every time I watch that video. What a wonderful, intelligent woman. But with everything she has said there, it is almost as if there is some agenda.

Is all this confusion simply the result of a new stage in evolution for mankind? The natural result of industrialization, technology, a global village? Or is someone pulling the strings?

While some folks might reject such conspiratorial talk as pure lunacy, we simply cannot ignore the very real damage being done to our society, to our families. Conspiracy or not, there are very bad things happening, and these things are being done deliberately for profit and power.

Miss Carol Rhodes speaks to a gathering back in 2010, in this video. She reveals "secret rules" used by Child Protection Services, which of course has huge influence when it comes to domestic violence cases where children are involved, custody disputes and so forth, and the dynamics of gender relations.

Even without all of these facts, statistics and insights, the VAWA is clearly gender-biased and discriminatory. When we do actually take into consideration what has been presented here, it's no wonder that society is disintegrating right before our eyes. Everything that is being done contradicts all common sense based on the scientific data, as well as the philosophical, and is counterproductive to the problems we are actually hoping to solve as a society.

We will leave off here now with one final video, in closure, to show some uncomfortable facts about domestic violence that are not usually considered by either society as a whole or legislators who pretend to know and dictate what is in our interests.

Police brutality? Abuse of authority? Or were the police justified this time? Check out the video and tell us what you think!

We have hundreds of entries here on this site alone which show instances of police brutality, oppression, and tyrannical authority in this country. Regular viewers here know full well that we are quite dedicated to exposing corruption, holding police accountable, and even resisting "legal" abuses of power by government.

However, this is not one of those videos. This is one of those rare times where we take a good hard look at the other side of the coin.

A true activist must remain completely objective, completely honest with themselves.  As such, it is not tolerable to cry wolf and scream "police brutality" every time an officer tries to do his job.

It has been truly disheartening for me to see many of my fellow "anti-cop" activists use this video as an example of abusive authority. Not only were the police completely justified in their use of force here, in this instance, but to claim otherwise trivializes what has happened to so many genuine victims of police brutality. Furthermore, it completely undermines everything that a true advocate for fair and equal justice works for.

Exposing abusive authority is not about taking every opportunity that comes along to bash the police. Not every instance of police use-of-force is a crime, or unjust. With so many screaming bloody murder that what happened here is abuse, it's no wonder why the average citizen sitting on a jury, striving to me more sensible, will more often than not side with the police and give them the benefit of the doubt, to the detriment of genuine victims.

I said this before in another article where I actually defended police too, but making baseless accusations against the police simply because you hate cops, is as bad as a cop planting a bag of dope in your glovebox during a traffic stop.

I for one, have more integrity than that, and will not tolerate mindless rhetoric from either camp.
Not only were the police legally justified here, but morally as well. That dipshit deserved to get dumped on his has and it's little wonder why his own roommates had to kick his ass 45 minutes earlier.

EDIT to add a few key points:

1. It is none the complainant's business why it took 45 minutes before that officer arrived. Prioritization of calls is usually handled by dispatch, not the officers themselves. Even if it was up to the officer, he is under no obligation to explain where he was coming from, and may even be bound by HIPPA laws and other regulations to not disclose any such information. For all we know (or that wiseass) that cop may have just come on duty and went directly to assist the moment he started up his cruiser. If the caller wanted to make a legitimate complaint about response time, he should file a complaint with the department, or local political representation.

2. When the subject aggressively entered the personal space of the officer, the officer was in danger, and have every right to protect himself. That is not the right of just the police, that is anyone's right to protect themselves from an imminent threat. If you are armed (cop or not) and someone aggressively enters to within reach of your weapon, you are obligated to use force or potentially lose control of your weapon.

3. As a soldier, the complainant should have known even better than the average citizen how to conduct himself in a mutually respectful manner. If he were still a member of the armed forces at the time of this incident, he may have been subject to reprimand under the UCMJ for conduct unbecoming.

Strip-Searching and Terrorizing Children (VIDEOS)

You have probably seen a few videos like this already, but here are a few archived for posterity now that filming has been prohibited by the TSA. It's bad press for the government to let you see tyranny in action, when it is presented in a negative light anyway. So now things like this will be swept under the carpet and made a routine part of our society. Just remember, the government terrorists are there for your safety.
