According to a former wrestling teammate the man who appeared in the court room to answer for the Boston Marathon bombing was not Dzhokar Tsarnaev. More curious details are noted in the video.

The special agent in charge of the FBI's headquarters in Boston has resigned. Richard DesLauriers took over the office in 2010 and was in charge of the Boston Marathon Bombing investigation.
The 26-year veteran announced he would be retiring from the agency 4 years early, in order to take a private sector job as vice-president of corporate security for the Penske Corporation. He said in an interview that he was offered the position in March, but delayed because of the Boston Bombing investigation. While a move like this is not particularly unusual under normal circumstances, in this instance, it does raise some curiosities when other irregularities surrounding the Boston Bombing are considered.
To begin, it is coincidental that he is leaving for a job with Penske in particular. On the day of the bombing the FBI told Boston police to locate a suspicious Penske rental truck, and one police official told the press that they were "desperately seeking" the yellow vehicle and its driver.
The following video shows clips of DesLauriers at a press conference.
He then goes on to give the impression that the FBI do not know the identity of the suspects shown in the pictures they released. This contradicts the fact that the two men they were looking for had been known to the FBI for at least 5 years.
He then goes on to become very adamant that the public ignore all other pictures that may be floating around. This is quite disturbing when one considers that there are several images of two women placing what is believed to be one of the bombs, and that the FBI destroyed photo evidence at the crime scene. This seems to add credibility to the claim of the suspects' family that they were framed. Father Claims Bombing Suspect Sons Were Framed
Add this to the fact that the first suspect was killed under questionable circumstances, and that the second suspect was not armed when officials opened fire on him. There has been no explanation as to why police and agents tried to murder an unarmed man, and there has been no accountability for their actions. It makes no difference what a person is accused of, officials have no right to try to kill an unarmed person. Bombing Suspect Was Not Armed Who Was the Naked Suspect?
DesLauriers himself should be held accountable and be made to publicly explain these alarming questions, rather than treated as a hero and dashing out the side door before the case is even brought before a court. So under these circumstances, it is indeed curious that the special agent in charge is leaving his post.
There have also been a several curious deaths since the Boston Bombing. In May, two agents assigned to the elite FBI Hostage Rescue Team were reported killed in an apparent fall from a helicopter during a training exercise. That team was directly involved with the arrest of Boston Bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. In other words, the two men that were killed likely had intimate knowledge of the attempt to kill that suspect.
In another case, an acquaintance of the suspects was killed by an FBI agent during questioning regarding an unsolved murder. The circumstances of that death are also very disturbing.
Orlando, Fla - Ibragim Todashev, 27, was shot and killed in the early morning on hours on Wednesday while being interviewed by the FBI, and Massachusetts State Police.
Authorities say that during the interview, Todashev became agitated and lunged with a knife in hand, provoking the shooting.
Khusen Taramov, a friend of the dead suspect, explains that Todashev and dead Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev were casual acquaintances through a Boston-area gym where they practiced mixed-martial-arts. He also tells reporters that both he and Todashev have been followed and repeatedly questioned by agents ever since the bombing occurred, but states emphatically that they have no ties whatsoever to the deadly event.
"This shootout, it's impossible. I know that. It's impossible. That's the last thing he would do even if he had a gun."-Khusen Taramov
Todashev was reluctant to go meet with authorities, but Taramov cautioned him that it would look suspicious and that they would be followed even more closely if he didn't meet with them. Taramov says that Todashev did not have a knife or any weapons on whim when they arrived at a residential condo for the interview, and emptied all of his pockets before he got out of the car, even leaving his cellphone behind. Todashev was also questioned but released, and told they would be questioning Todashev longer. When he came back later, he realized something had gone terribly wrong inside, because of all the police activity now at the location.
You can see some of Taramov's interviews just after the fatal shooting at MY FOX ORLANDO.
In a strange twist to this saga, authorities may have actually been focused on a crime other than the Boston bombing, according to the latest reports. Investigators are now saying that Todashev admitted to taking part in a 2011 triple homicide, along with alleged Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev, according to ABC News 2 Orlando.
On September 11, 2011 three men were murdered in Waltham, Massachusetts. Their bodies were discovered the following afternoon, in a blood-drenched apartment by the girlfriend of one of the victims. The three were believed to have been involved in drug sales, and authorities believed that the victims knew their killer or killers, but no clear motive was established. Police searched for two suspects, but the case was never solved.
Strangely enough, one of those victims was a close friend of dead Boston bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev. While some have suspected that Tamerlan may have played a role in the murders, along with his brother Dzhokhar, it is now being reported that Ibragim Todashev was actually the second suspect. ABC's sources say that Todashev was about to sign a statement admitting his role in the grisly murders, when he lunged at an FBI agent with a knife, and was then shot and killed.
Those same sources also report that the motive for the triple-murder was so that Todashev and Tsarnaev could not be identified to police, after they ripped off the trio for their drugs. This seems to be in sharp contradiction though to the fact that 7 pounds of marijuana had been scattered over the victims' bodies, and that there was over $5000 in cash left at the scene along with many other valuables, including, coincidentally enough, a black Mercedes-Benz.
This is a story that highlights both police-state hysteria scare-tactics as well as American xenophobia.
Talal al Rouki likes to cook, and share with his friends. Being generous and sharing, especially with food, is a common theme for people of the Muslim faith. I can attest to this personally. Though I am not a Muslim myself, I have often been invited to partake of many wonderful and exotic west-Asian meals among friends who follow the tenets of Islam. This generosity of sustenance is much the same as I have experienced with friends of Southern tradition here in the ol' U.S.
Mr. al Rouki had prepared a traditional Saudi Arabian rice dish called kabsah, and carried it to a friend's house in the pressure cooker the dish had been prepared in.
Ah yes, a pressure cooker. Forever synonymous now with the Boston bombing rather than the millions of wonderful dishes that can be prepared in one.
Seeing this foreign-looking person carrying a "bullet-colored" cooking device was enough to trigger the instincts of neighbors into actions after they witnessed the suspicious transport of rice, or a "bomb" as they called it. The FBI was called and swiftly, two days later, armed agents swarmed the apartment block.
The agents carried no warrant, but pressed the "nervous" student to enter his home and to answer questions. He obliged them, answered a number of personal questions, and showed the officials the suspicious pressure-cooker.
When agents were unable to piece together enough evidence to make an arrest, they warned the young student, "You need to be more careful moving around with such things, Sir."

NYPD Sergeant Says 'Guilty Until Proven Innocent' Is Just The Price We Pay For A 'Free Society'
from the nothing's-more-'secure'-than-a-jail-cell dept
We've been dealing with the New York police department lately, thanks to the mayor and the police chief using the recent Boston bombing as an excuse to increase surveillance efforts and enact other policies to further encroach on New Yorkers' civil liberties. Whenever something terrorist-related occurs, it seems as though the NYPD's reps can't keep their opinions to themselves, even as the department itself drifts further and further away from being a sterling example of How Things Should Be Done.
Using a zero tolerance approach to track domestic terrorists online is the only reasonable way to analyze online threats these days, especially after the Boston Marathon bombing and news that the suspects had subsequently planned to target Times Square in Manhattan, Mullins says. The way law enforcement agencies approach online activity that appears sinister is this: “If you’re not a terrorist, if you’re not a threat, prove it,” he says.
you’re not a threat, prove it,” he says. "Zero tolerance" is never "reasonable." It never has been and it never will be. In fact, it's the polar opposite. Zero tolerance policies simply absolve the enforcers of any responsibility for the outcome and grant them the privilege of ignoring mitigating factors. It allows them to bypass applying any sort of critical thinking skills (the "reason" part of "reasonable") and view every infractions as nothing more than a binary IF THEN equation.
Mullins goes even further than this, though, asserting that the burden of proof lies with the person charged, not the person bringing the charges. This flips our judicial system on its head (along with the judicial systems in many other countries) and, if applied the way Mullins views it, puts accused citizens in the impossible position of trying to prove a negative. This is just completely wrong, and it's a dangerously stupid thing for someone in his position to believe, much less state out loud. (Mullins also heads the Sergeants Benevolent Association, the second-largest police union in New York City.)
Believe it or not, Mullins is not done talking. What he says next doubles up on the "dangerous" and "stupid."
“This is the price you pay to live in free society right now. It’s just the way it is,” Mullins adds.
No. It isn't.
This is the price Mullins is charging to live in the NYPD's
severely stunted version of a "free" society. The NYPD has been
harassing young minorities at the rate of 500,000 impromptu
stop-and-frisks per year for the better part of the last decade.
For the past 10 years, the NYPD has been regularly trampling citizens'
civil liberties simply because they attend a mosque. The NYPD and Mayor Bloomberg have worked ceaselessly to make New York the most-surveilled city in the U.S.
That's the price New Yorkers are paying. It has nothing to do with
living in a free society. The NYPD takes liberties away and high-ranking
cops like Mullins have the gall to suggest there's some sort of
equitable exchange occurring. Mullins doesn't seem to understand (or
just doesn't care) that if you take away freedom you no longer have a free society.
It has been said that eternal vigilance is the price of liberty,
but "eternal vigilance" isn't shorthand for oppressive surveillance and
zero tolerance policies that make freedom less "free." "Eternal
vigilance" isn't treating the Constitution like a relic too worn and
tattered to serve any purpose in these "dangerous" times. And being an
officer of the law isn't an excuse to shut your intellect off and allow
your brain stem and broad policies to "work" in concert in order to
treat loudmouth teens on Facebook like a guy with a trailer home full of
explosives.
This "vigilance" is supposed to be put to use by citizens in
order to prevent authorities like Mullins from encroaching on our
liberties. It's not solely limited to a united military effort against
foreign powers. There are plenty of people apparently willing to attack
our freedom from the comfort of the home front.
I have recently had the privilege of having some of my material featured on CopBlock.org. It has been quite interesting, though also quite disheartening, to see the vicious attacks that have been made on me by visitors to the comments sections of various articles posted there. Not only attacks on my works which are, of course, always open to debate and discussion, but on myself personally. Now keep in mind, that my person is irrelevant to the issues at hand. I am a relatively anonymous internet persona, that has little bearing on the material I present. I am really just the messenger, so to speak. And I am not singing the blues over hurt feelings either. What actually disturbs me is the frequency in which ad hominem fallacy is applied in order to deflect from the real issues presented, simply in order to derail the discussion. Ad hominem is not the only tactic either though, used to distract the reader from the truth. It is disheartening to see who can be made to follow a red herring path of emotional appeal and rhetoric into the forest of lies, rather than simply seeing the truth for what it is. How does one discredit truth and fact? One uses logical fallacy, rhetoric, disinformation, and the tools of psychological warfare. As much as I might find myself annoyed by shills, liars and propagandists, this introduction is more of an invitation, for you the reader, to see if you can spot the characters and tactics that are being used to brainwash you. Have a look at the sorts of comments that get made there at CopBlock, which is a noble, even if controversial organization for truth. The shills that come crawling out of the woodwork to distract the readers from seeing the truth. And of course have a gander at the following piece, which clearly shows that there is a very real movement of ignorance in this country that is bent on destroying truth in the public eye.
Propaganda, Psychological Warfare, and The War For Your Mind In Wake of Boston Bombing
Just after the bombing occurred, alternate media source InfoWars.com dispatched a reporter to see what he could uncover, and to ask some tough questions. This is the sort of reporting and investigative journalism that we could never expect from mainstream corporate media sources today. To the contrary, regular news sources have already been caught in a number of lies, spreading untruths and disinformation, ignoring pertinent facts, and in general trying very hard to paint a particular picture about the terrible event.
Of course, this is not a complete endorsement either, of Alex Jones, his InfoWars network, or any alternate media source in general. The idea here is for people to judge for themselves, to exercise critical thinking, and to have as many genuine facts at their disposal as possible. But to that end, it certainly appears that alternate media sources have become our only reliable source of open information.
Just looking at that video alone, it would be easy to write off the reporter as another one of those "wacko conspiracy nuts." Sadly though, his question was probably the single most important question asked during that press conference, and it went unanswered. It is not conspiracy theory that the police were conducting a so-called drill when these bombs went off. It is not conspiracy theory they were telling people before, and even after bombs had actually gone off, that it was just an exercise.
University of Mobile’s Cross Country Coach is just one of many witnesses who has come forward to corroborate this account. Before the bombs went off, he was concerned by bomb-sniffing dogs, rooftop snipers, and intense police activity.
“It seemed like there was some sort of threat, but they kept telling us it was just a drill... They kept making announcements on the loud speaker that it was just a drill and there was nothing to worry about.” -Coach Ali Stevenson (SOURCE)
Witnesses at the scene are not the only source of information though. While the mainstream media can be a very unreliable source of information, they also make mistakes by reporting actual facts from time to time. Inconvenient facts, that do not fit the ongoing "script" and will therefore never be reported on again, except in the underground media who happened to pick up that information before it got scrubbed entirely from the internet.
Of course we must also understand that not all false reports by the media are necessarily deliberate. In any unfolding events there will be chaos, conflicting reports, and so forth. On the other hand, there are some things that would never be reported at all, unless there was a reason. Reporting that police were conducting a drill that involved a controlled explosion is one such example. Again, keep in mind, that this was reported before the bombs actually went off. So the Boston Globe cannot simply dismiss their reports as being an error because of confusion after the blasts went off.
So we see from all of this that the questions posed by InfoWars reporter Dan Bidonbi were not at all the product of lunacy, or some hidden agenda to discredit authorities simply for the sake of discrediting authorities. The questions were completely legitimate, should have been answered, and yet still have not been answered.
Despite the most comprehensive, invasive, violent, and Constitutionally offensive manhunt ever conducted on American soil, police actually failed to find "Suspect #2" Dzhokar Tsarnaev after his alleged shootout with police some 20 hours earlier. Instead, he was found by a civilian homeowner who went out to check on his boat after the declaration of martial law had been lifted, and found the suspect laying inside. And despite the fact that the suspect was not armed, police opened fire on him with high power weapons.
Thanks to Dan Bidonbi reporting for InfoWars, we have learned now that even though police didn't bother to check the boat, they had ripped through the rest of the neighborhood with menacing threat of force, and even stormed through the house right across the street from where the suspect was eventually found. Be sure to check out those video interviews at the following link:
So there we see that Mr. Bidonbi is conducting real interviews, with real people in that community who were directly affected by all that unfolded there. The interviews are rather lengthy, and not edited to cherry pick small soundbites to be broadcast for propaganda value. In fact, some of what was said there by the folks he interviewed does not fit in line with other InfoWars reports or the consensus of conspiracy theorists.
One such contradiction is that a person who is interviewed there by Bidonbi says that he saw Dzhokar run over his brother Tamerlan, who was laying in the street at police gunpoint. This actually conflicts with other witness statements who claim it was the police ran over the suspect in the street. But those statements also conflict with the assessment of a doctor, who says that the suspect was not run over at all.
But again, this is what the news is supposed to be. An open funnel of information, uncut and in the raw. From all of these reports then, we can assess for ourselves, and extrapolate whatever truth is there to be found.
But this sort of reporting is dangerous. Dangerous to the real conspirators and their hidden agendas, whatever those agendas might be, dangerous to mainstream media who are being undermined and made fools of by true journalism, but perhaps most of all, dangerous to people like Dan Bidonbi who have the courage to bring you this information.
Given all that is at stake here, the entire public perception of the Boston bombing, of the war on terror, of our own government, it is not surprising at all that certain powers-that-be would finally engage in direct psychological warfare. Alex Jones and his networks can no longer just be written off as lunacy. More and more people are taking these things seriously. More and more people are waking up that we, as a society, have been duped by our government, by the media. More and more people want answers, and accountability. More and more people are waking up to the fact that our once great nation have been stolen out from under us. More and more people want to take this country back.
But how do to the powers-that-be undermine the alternative media? How can the liars put the rustling sheep back to sleep, even with wolves scratching at the door? How can the liars discredit the seekers of truth? The answer is, to engage someone like Dan Bidonbi, directly. Make it appear as if the attack is spontaneous. Make it appear as though it is just an average person, a "one of us" sort of person, a "real patriot" who "loves" America who is utterly offended by the mere presence of someone like Dan Bidonbi in his midst. Better yet, shine the spotlight on a "true believer." Someone who has been utterly and completely brainwashed by media propaganda and government rhetoric. Someone who is utterly incapable of even considering inconvenient facts that run contrary to what is "allowed" to be entered into public consciousnesses. A shill, who doesn't even realize that he is a shill.
Enter, Roger Nicholson.
In this first video, we see the first attack. There shouldn't be any need here to explain that this is a free country, that Bidonbi has every right to be there. We will assume readers here have the intellectual wherewithal to be able to see for themselves just how misguided and disgusting this attack really is. Sadly though, there certainly are people out there who will be duped by the ignorant vitriol spewed by the likes of this Nicholson character.
Indeed, the mainstream media is counting on the vast majority of Americans to be swayed by this vulgar level of propaganda. Here you see that MSNBC gives Roger Nicholson airtime simply to bash Alex Jones, and to attract national attention to Nicholson's petty little rant toward an alternate media reporter.
But let's have a closer look now at Roger Nicholson. First, this video shows us that he is not quite just some random guy off the street. He has some connections to the media as well. Perhaps this was the channel through which he was recruited as a minion of the agenda. Bona fide shill or not though, this clip is quite revealing as to his true nature, and the sort of person who the powers-that-be expect us to be like, and to identify with.
Finally, in this last video, Nicholson actually appears on InfoWars as a guest. His murderous, psychotic nature bubbles to the surface again, though not quite as boldly as in the video above. But here we get a deeper look at how contradictory, delusional, utterly and willfully ignorant he actually is.
Why would the FBI destroy evidence before they had even named a suspect?
“A day and a half later an FBI guy comes over and says “Give me your
camera”. I says I got 2000 family photos on here. “Give me your camera”
and I said OK. And he went through it, he went to the pictures I had
just took (sic) of the crime scene which was right outside the hotel
where the bomb, bomb one and bomb two (refers to the map he drew) went
off, and he went and deleted everyone of them. He said “You can have all
the rest”. I got pictures of 25 ambulances lined up all ready to go.
Guardsman, policemen, police cruisers all over the place.”
As the story against the brothers accused of the Boston Bombing continues to disintegrate, we learn that the officer they are accused of seriously wounding may have actually been hit by friendly-fire. Of course, officials are still laying the ultimate blame on the suspects, claiming that they were shooting at police, but this actually has not been proven. Keep in mind that police opened fire on suspect #2 while he was in the boat, even though he was unarmed.
Authorities are investigating whether an MBTA Transit Police officer wounded during the shoot-out with the Boston Marathon bombing suspects was hit by friendly fire, State Police spokesman David Procopio confirmed Thursday. Richard Donohue Jr., 33, was struck in the leg by a bullet, which authorities said remained embedded there. He was listed in serious but stable condition Thursday night at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge.
The fact that Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was not armed when police opened fire on him is yet another disturbing revelation in how that case has been handled. Not that anyone is going to have much sympathy for an alleged terrorist of course, but that is still not the way these things are supposed to be done in a civilized society. Not to mention the fact that he needed to be taken alive, at all cost, to be interrogated. At the time, no one knew if there was a larger plot, more bombs ready to go off, etc.
For some perspective here, let's think about a few other modern countries. In Britain, police don't even carry guns. Or what about Germany? A country that has, historically, not been averse to violence or authoritarianism. Like just about any modern nation, Germany also has plenty of violent crime on their streets as well. But as you watch the following clip, keep an interesting little fact in mind. In 2011, across the entire country of Germany, police only fired a total of 85 bullets.
While some might argue that police don't have to be as aggressive in places like England, because of severe restrictions on gun ownership, keep in mind, again, that the suspect here was not armed. Also keep in mind that in places like Switzerland, crime is extremely low even when compared to other European nations, yet they have the third highest per-capita gun ownership in the world.
While some have argued that what we saw happen out in Boston was not proof that we live in a police-state, because it "doesn't happen every day" those people are making several critical flaws in their thinking.
First, when we see police going door to door storming houses without warrants and ripping people from their homes, it really doesn't make any difference at all how often it happens. It never should have happened at all. That fact that it has happened once, means that it can happen again at any time. We have crossed that line now, into an era where the Constitution is no longer the law of the land, but rather an arbitrary guideline which can be violated for whatever reason the government chooses. This is the very thing our forefathers warned us about, and precisely what the Constitution was put in place to prevent.
"The liberties of our country, the freedom of our civil constitution, are worth defending against all hazards: And it is our duty to defend them against all attacks." -Samuel Adams
Over the course of this one terror event alone, we have seen police completely toss aside the 4th Amendment with a warrantless search and seizure of the homes of an entire community in the name of "public safety." Yet police had no regard for public safety, or justice and due process for that matter, when they tried to kill an unarmed teenager. If he is in fact guilty of any involvement at all, he may have had information critical to public safety, such as the locations of undetonated bombs, details of a larger plot, names of unidentified accomplices planning further attacks, and so forth.
To those of us with an understanding of the Constitution, of history, and a deep appreciation for liberty it is outright sickening that the public discourse is focused on when and where the abridgements of liberty should be allowed, rather than holding the police accountable for these depraved violations. Held accountable in the same manner perhaps, and to the same standard that our Founding Fathers held against British tyrants. All the King's men, those agents of tyranny, were shot and driven into the sea. Every American soldier who has ever fought and shed blood in the name of the United States since then, has done so to ensure that we would never again see tyranny in these lands. They fought and died to protect, to guarantee that we, the people would never again be subject to the very crimes being perpetrated against the people today by our own government.
But what we saw in Boston is not isolated incident either. Which brings us to our second flaw in the reasoning of those who might say that this event was unprecedented, and therefore somehow excusable. Those who might say "it doesn't happen every day" are either open apologists for tyranny, or plainly ignorant of the ongoing abuses of public trust by authorities in this country.
Folks in poor inner-city communities will tell you that this sort of thing can happen whenever a cop is killed. That police will swarm in, put a neighborhood on lock-down, and go door-to-door searching homes without a warrant. These sorts of details never make it to the mainstream media though, mostly because no one really cares what happens to poor people and no one really believes what they have to say. It's only shocking today because such action happened in a quiet suburb. News of a cop being killed doesn't garner the same intense national media coverage as a terrorist bombing either.
It doesn't just take a cop getting killed though, for the police to practice 4th Amendment violations. This video shows that it is not only a daily occurrence on the streets of New York (and almost certainly most US cities) but that these violations are policy.
America has even gone so far to establish an entire agency specifically dedicated to violating the 4th Amendment. The TSA are mostly known for their oppressive airport security measures, but have also been deployed at bus stations, on trains, and we should expect to see their influence grow in the coming years.
From this information we see that violating the Constitution is everyday business for authorities, but that still doesn't quite evoke the same Orwellian imagery as we saw with armored vehicles, paramilitary troops swarming over Watertown, MA. But again, this too is actually an everyday occurence, even if it is not concentrated in a single neighborhood.
In that link you will see that the police have been drastically militarized in the past few decades. In Maryland alone, military-grade force was deployed 4.5 time per day in 2009. The majority of these instances where state-sanctioned paramilitary violence was brought to bear, non-violent citizens were the target, many of them simply accused of misdemeanor offenses.
Here are just a few more examples among the thousands of cases, where SWAT raids went disastrously wrong:
The only way to prevent these tragedies, the only way to preserve liberty and justice, is to hold the police accountable when things go wrong, intentionally or not. The agents of law-enforcement must be held accountable when they stray from the law, to a higher standard even than a common citizen would be, not to the lesser standard practiced today. Indeed as we have just seen, the police are even given medals for shooting at innocent families instead of being held accountable. Yet if you were to make similar mistake, it is a near certainty that you would be shown no leniency by any court.
Take the case of Tracy Ingle for example. This man was shot five times by police, in the middle of the night, in his own bed, after they raided his home with a no-knock warrant. Not realizing that the intruders were police, he made the tragic mistake of pointing a non-functioning firearm at them in an attempt to scare off what he thought were robbers. He was lucky to survive, and yet he has been sent to prison for 18 years, for simply pointing a broken gun at police.
In this case, police refused to identify themselves while pounding at the wrong door, but when an innocent man answered with a legally owned gun in his hand, he was shot dead in front of his girlfriend.
The public is told time and time again that these terrible events are "isolated" incidents, even regrettable tragedies, but that overall the police are still there to protect and serve the community.
We are also promised that if we happen to be intentionally victimized by one of these "bad apples" who "sometimes" make it into the police ranks, that the law will stand behind us, and that abuse of the public trust will not be tolerated. Yet the reality is quite the opposite of what the propaganda leads the majority of blissfully unaware Americans to believe.
Most Americans believe that it they could never be the victim of police violence. That so long as they don't do anything wrong, they have nothing to worry about.
And again, they have misplaced faith that justice would be served if they did happen to be victimized by a bad cop. So let's take a look at that notion now. What happens if you try to file a complaint against a police officer?
What happens when we try to use freedom of speech, freedom of the press to bring the news of police abuse directly to the people? Freedom of Press Now a Felony In America
Finally, if by some long-shot chance a police officer is finally made to be held accountable in a court of law, can we expect real accountability for betrayal of public trust and openly criminal acts?
In this case, a police officer faced a 35-count indictment alleging that he used cocaine, protected drug dealers, revealed details of undercover operations, and even threatened to murder a suspect being held in the department's jail in order to protect his cocaine suppliers. During the investigation the officer was suspended, but then reinstated to work another 4 months before he finally resigned, a move which guaranteed his full pension.
In this case, a State Police Captain admitted in open court that he began sexually molesting his step-daughter when she was just six years old. As part of a plea arrangement, he did not have to admit relations with two other daughters. Even with that agreement he faced 20 years in prison, but the judge suspended the sentence and ordered 2 years of supervised probation. Child Molester Cop Gets No Prison Time
And finally, we can leave off here with an ironic, yet all too realistic example of the nature of police in America today.
“The welfare of the people in particular has always been the alibi of tyrants, and it provides the further advantage of giving the servants of tyranny a good conscience” -Albert Camus

Police state that they got into a shootout with Boston bombing suspects Tamerlan Tsarnaev and his younger brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, just after a MIT campus police officer was shot and killed while sitting in his patrol car, again, allegedly by the two brothers. There are also reports that bombs were thrown during the confrontation, and later that undetonated bombs littered the streets.
At some point during this confrontation, police took a man into custody who had been stripped naked. This suspect has not been publicly identified.
Police maintain that there were only two shooters, so it is not clear how a third suspect would have been drawn into the situation. Police state that the man taken into custody was actually not involved and was soon released. Why he was arrested and marched naked down the street to a waiting police cruiser has not been explained.
An aunt of the two alleged bombers claims that the man seen in the video there was actually her older nephew, Tamerlan. If this is true, that would mean so-called Suspect #1 was taken into police custody uninjured, but showed up at the hospital a short time later critically injured.
"From head to toe, every region of his body had injuries." -Dr. David Schoenfeld
It is quite possible that this "third suspect" was indeed an innocent bystander inadvertently caught up in the incident. It is not unreasonable to believe that the situation was confusing, and certainly very dangerous. Nevertheless, we must also consider the possibility that perhaps, just perhaps the naked suspect was in fact Tamerlan. If this is true, it would be compelling evidence that he was not killed during the shootout, but rather murdered while in police custody.
That may sound far-fetched, even offensive to even consider that possibility, but given so many irregularities in the case, it must be considered. Especially too, when we see that police tried to kill Suspect #2, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
The following clip is a bit of a talk from Alex Jones, but at about the 6:45 mark you can hear the suspects aunt adamantly state that the naked suspect taken into custody was her nephew, Tamerlan.
This news disproves earlier reports that the suspect may have tried to commit suicide by shooting himself. There were no guns found in the boat where he had been hiding, and he was not carrying any firearms when taken into custody.
The latest reports suggest his wounds may have been inflicted during the initial confrontation with police many hours earlier, but this seems unlikely given the seriousness of those injuries. In this first image we can see that the suspect was able to climb out of the boat where he was hiding, unassisted and without obvious signs of serious injury.
Nevertheless, within moments of surrendering, he was on the ground, possibly unconscious, and being given a tracheotomy.
We do know that police opened fire on the unarmed suspect, but no legitimate explanation for that has been given. Aside from the obvious reasons why police are not allowed to shoot or try to kill an unarmed suspect, in this case there was a very clear need to take the suspect alive for questioning. With his alleged accomplice to the bombings killed in the initial confrontation with police, this left the younger brother the only person who could possibly shed any light on the bombings. It was imperative that he be taken alive to be sure there were no other devices still left to go off, to name any other possible co-conspirators, and so forth. Of course, that is assuming that the suspect is indeed one of the actual bombers, as authorities claim.
Both the father and mother of the suspected bombers claim that their sons are innocent. In what is believed to be his last Facebook message, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev tells his father that he was set up and did not do what he is being accused of.
Of course, it is not unusual for a suspect to claim they are innocent, nor is it unusual for a suspect's parents to defend them. But there have been numerous irregularities in this case from the start, and it seems possible that the brothers may have indeed been set up as patsies. Such a claim sounds like lunatic-fringe conspiracy-theory perhaps, but this possibility has even led a New Hampshire state legislator to make the provocative claim that the Federal government is responsible for the bombings.
It is not known what evidence the government has to show that the brothers were responsible for the bombings. There have been no images or video released of them actually planting the bombs. It is also not known what led to their initial confrontation with police, or what evidence there is that they killed the MIT officer. It doesn't seem likely that a pair of terrorists on the run would be hanging around a college campus causing a disturbance or trying to attract attention to themselves.
It was initially reported that they had tried to rob a 7-11 store, but that was not true, so we still don't know what the nature of the disturbance actually was that might have led them to kill a police officer. We also don't know what ever became of a third suspect, or why this man was arrested and then stripped naked before being paraded in front of cameras and loaded into a police car.
Whether or not the brothers actually committed the double-bombing, or whether they killed the MIT police officer is probably something that will be debated for many years to come. If there was indeed a conspiracy, and a plot by factions within our own government, then there would be a clear motivation to kill the patsies who were set up to take the blame for the terrorism.
If they were truly guilty, then as we already mentioned, there was a very real need to take the suspect alive for questioning. It hardly seems reasonable for the police to risk killing the suspect, who as we see now was not even armed. Even if he had been armed, the police should have made every effort, even at the risk of their own lives, to take the suspect alive to glean intelligence necessary for the greater public safety concerns. That is of course, unless the FBI already knew all the answers, which would then lead us back to the notion that they were at least fully aware of the plot, if not directly involved. .
Of course, there is a third line of reasoning which could also be applied here. Plain old-fashioned revenge. It is not at all unreasonable to suspect that the police might have been willing to commit murder themselves in order to get revenge not only on a terrorist, but against a young man who they believed had just killed one of their own. This sort of "cowboy" mentality is all to prevalent among police today, and it might have even been something counted on by inside conspirators, if it was indeed a government plot as some claim. In this manner, the police could be made to do the bidding of the plotters but in total ignorance. This scenario is an excellent example of why police must be held to the highest ethical standards, rather than routinely excused for criminal behavior.
Knowing now that the suspect was not armed it is almost inexcusable that the police opened fire on him both from a moral standpoint, and of course because killing him might have actually put the public in greater danger. Again, it doesn't seem likely that his wounds were from the initial confrontation with police in which his brother was killed. It also does not appear that the suspect was wounded inside the boat. We might tend to make excuses for jittery police who were, perhaps, assuming that the suspect was armed. But this reasoning collapses when we look at the photographic evidence. Frighteningly, that evidence appears to show that the suspect was shot after he climbed out of the boat and surrendered.
This first image shows Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the hospital. You will notice what appears to be powder burns on his face, which would be consistent with being shot at very close range. Much like if he had put a gun in his mouth, and fired, trying to kill himself. This would also be consistent with reports that he has a bullet wound exiting out the back of his neck. This is impossible though, since he was not armed.
So we know that his wounds were certainly inflicted by police. If those wounds came during the initial confrontation when his brother was killed, if they were in fact exchanging gunfire with police as was reported, then the police were certainly justified to return fire. As we already pointed out though, it's unlikely that he survived the 20 or so hours without medical care for those very serious wounds. So now the question is when, exactly, did police shoot him?
As you can see in this photo, there was no blood visible at the scene when the suspect was still inside of the boat.
In this photo however, blood is clearly visible on the wheel shroud of the trailer. This means that the blood is not from an earlier wound that might have leaked when the suspect first climbed into the boat to hide. This means that it could only have been left there after the suspect climbed out of the boat. Why would police shoot him after he had surrendered?
We can see that there is no blood inside of the boat, which would indicate earlier wounds or that he was shot before he surrendered. Looking more closely at the blood that does appear in the image, the observation becomes even more chilling. There is a distinct spray pattern further supporting that the wound was inflicted there. We also see that the blood is sprayed across the top of the wheel shroud, but not the side, except for where it dribbled over a little bit from pooling on top. This means that he was, more than likely, up against that wheel shroud when he was shot. Going by the height of the investigator in the image, the pattern of the blood, the wound to the suspect, a very disturbing image now appears. It looks as if Dzhokhar Tsarnaev may have been on his knees, with his back against the wheels, that someone put a gun in his mouth and shot him, execution style.
This is an absolutely sickening display of police force, violation of the Constitution, and clearly shows that America is now dead. Welcome to the Fourth Reich.
Notice how the homeowner is pulled from the house and does not give permission for the police to enter. Notice too how the militant SWAT officer screams at the boy "hands up!" as if he is about to shoot the resident.
WATERTOWN, MA -- On Friday, April 19, 2013, during a manhunt for a bombing suspect, police and federal agents spent the day storming people's homes and performing illegal searches. While it was unclear initially if the home searches were voluntary, it is now crystal clear that they were absolutely NOT voluntary. Police were filmed ripping people from their homes at gunpoint, marching the residents out with their hands raised in submission, and then storming the homes to perform their illegal searches.
This was part of a larger operation that involved total lockdown of the suburban neighbor to Boston. Roads were barricaded and vehicle traffic was prohibited. A No-Fly Zone was declared over the town. People were "ordered" to stay indoors. Businesses were told not to open. National Guard soldiers helped with the lockdown, and were photographed checking IDs of pedestrians on the streets. All the while, police were performing these disgusting house-to-house searches.
It was just a few years ago when I presented the following video on another website. People rolled their eyes and the majority of the comments were along the lines of "that will never happen here." The frog is boiled now my friends.
Also see the video at the following link, which shows that the home-invasions and violations of liberty were not exclusive to that one street shown in the video above:
Neither of them were enrolled as students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and no ties between them and any persons on the campus have been reported. Nevertheless, this happens to be where the suspects in the Boston bombing were first engaged by police, and where a campus officer was killed.
M.I.T. has a long history of involvement with the government, often plays a role in various conspiracy theories, and of course, is the home to research of some of the world's most bizarre, cutting edge technologies.
So when I heard that M.I.T. was at the center of another major event, a few hairs stood up on the back of my neck, and I asked myself... What were the bombers doing there?
Could this have something to do with it?
Massachusetts Demonstrates S&T Funded Technology at Boston Marathon
Runners and spectators from all over the world will descend on Boston for the 116th annual Boston Marathon on April 16, 2012. As the world's oldest annual marathon, the event draws more than 20,000 participants and nearly 500,000 spectators each year.
This year, the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency, in coordination with the Boston Athletic Association (BAA), Massachusetts National Guard, and eight localities along the marathon route, will use the Next-Generation Incident Command System (NICS) to help manage the event and keep everyone safe.
S&T funded the development of NICS, an online incident map that provides timely situational awareness for first responders. Developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Lincoln Laboratory, in partnership with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), NICS aims to help first responders work together effectively during a disaster or other large-scale event. During an incident, NICS manages real-time feeds of vehicle locations, airborne images, video, weather, critical infrastructure, and terrain. These feeds are integrated as selectable layers onto a map using a geographical information system. NICS works as a virtual white board where responders can then use this information to team up, pool resources, and plot strategies. Any credentialed responder can mark up the map or type a message on the whiteboard below it.
For the Boston Marathon, NICS will display information like the marathon route, the locations of aid stations and water stations, and the GPS coordinates of the lead and trailing vehicles. Additionally, the NICS team is working with the BAA to access runner chip data along the marathon route. This information will provide a density map of runners so that first responders can better understand where the packs of runners are located and better prepare for potential incidents. NICS will also test the integration of local road opening and closing data to give neighboring towns better situational awareness of race conditions and route planning for emergency vehicles.
For more information on NICS, please view its technology profile here.
This image shows Boston bombing suspect #2 Dzhokhar Tsarnaev climbing out of the boat where he was hiding, unarmed, and not apparently injured.
Despite the most Constitutionally invasive search and imposition of martial law on American soil in history, thousands of police officers and government agents using state-of-the-art equipment failed to locate the suspect. Instead, the most wanted man in America was stumbled on by a homeowner, who found the alleged bomber hiding in a boat parked in the driveway of his home. Why the suspect did not flee at that moment is not clear.
Instead, he waited there for police to arrive, there was another round of gunfire, and then a standoff which lasted more than two hours. When it was over, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev climbed out of the boat on his own, unassisted, and not appearing to be grievously wounded. It is not clear how he might have survived for two hours bleeding from a critical wound, much less 20 or so hours from the original confrontation with police in which his brother was killed, and then able to climb out of the boat.
Nonetheless, police were quick to report that the suspect was seriously wounded. This picture shows the suspect on the ground, likely unconscious, and being given a tracheotomy.
Now today, investigators are suggesting that the suspect tried to kill himself. There is no explanation as to why he was not successful, or why he would have allowed himself to be taken alive by police if it was his intent to die.
Did teen terrorist suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev attempt to shoot himself in the throat as cops closed in? While a throat injury is keeping the 19-year-old from talking, investigators are speculating that a bullet wound to the back of the neck may have been self-inflicted, sources told CBS News. The wound may have been caused by a gun that was fired through the mouth, the sources said. Tsarnaev remained sedated and in serious condition Sunday after suffering unspecified injuries, including to the throat, during a police shootout and ensuing manhunt. Boston Mayor Thomas Menino said he may never speak again. "We don't know if we'll ever be able to question the individual," Menino told ABC's "This Week" on Sunday. Read more at: Daily News
There has been all sorts of material out there calling the bombings an inside job, false-flag attack and so forth. Some say that it was a government operation, or a faction within the government, while others blame the government for simply not warning the people that they had received a credible threat.
This video is not about another theory about exactly who may have done what and why. It is simply clear, straightforward evidence that authorities told the public there was going to be a "controlled" detonation for training purposes in the very spot that the actual bomb went off. See for yourself. Please comment below if you can offer an explanation.
Just after President Obama had a secret unscheduled meeting with a Saudi government official, it has been reported that the original suspect in the Boston bombing, a Saudi national, will be deported on national security grounds.
This is a chilling echo of events just after the 9/11 attacks. When all Americans were grounded from flying and trapped in cities across the country and around the globe, family members of Osama Bin Laden were given special privilege to fly and were spirited out of the country.
